Rachael Hall is a multi-award-winning independent financial adviser and coach, author (including an Amazon No. 1 bestseller), CII Expert Practitioner, and expert witness in pension negligence cases. She is also a financial abuse specialist and an Ambassador for Standards International. Recognised as one of the UK’s leading NHS Pension Scheme experts, Rachael began her career at British Medical Association Services (BMAS) over 15 years ago and has since built a national reputation for her deep technical expertise—particularly in Annual Allowance complexities and the nuances that affect NHS pension members.
